What are the requirements for renting an income- restricted apartment in Santa Monica?Affordable Housing Apartments in Santa MonicaIf you have looked at apartments in Santa Monica you may have come across apartment communities that fall under the affordable housing guidelines. In order to rent apartments in these income-restricted apartment buildings there are certain guidelines that must be met in order to rent one of these apartments. The following terms must be met in order to rent an income-restricted apartment:
-Maximum allowable income is $59,800 (for one person) or $66,300 combines (for two people) -You also must present the following documents -2010 Tax Return/ W2 Form -3 most recent pay stubs -3 statements from all checking accounts (full statements) -1 statement from all other accounts (ie. 401k, IRA, savings, etc.)
