So You Think Your Los Angeles Apartment is “Small”, Huh?

Always bringing the most up-to-date information on development happenings in cities across the globe, Curbed recently posted an awesome article about what may just be in smallest apartment we have ever seen!

If you think some of the Los Angeles micro-apartments managed by NMS Properties are small, or, as we like to say, “energy efficient and cozy” at under 400 square feet, then this article and video will make you rethink your definition of a small living space.

At only 86 square feet this is not a Los Angeles apartment, but a flat located somewhere within the area of Paris, France. As described in the original article, the micro-apartment operates kind of how a Swiss Army Knife would, with various elements seemingly “hidden” away.

After pulling out various drawers and sliding small doors in the “cabinet” area, a sleeping area, closet and bookshelf or storage areas are revealed.  There is also a table for two, a minimalist kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

So what do you think? Could you live in a 86 square foot apartment even for just a month?
