Neil Shekhter Talks Los Angeles Apartment in Brentwood with 3 Levels to Live In
Neil Shekhter knows about the limited amount of space available in some Los Angeles apartment homes. In fact, through his company, NMS Properties, he developed and manages several Los Angeles apartment buildings with “micro-units” in them.
While “small homes” may satisfy the need for housing in a particular area along with a consumers desire for simplified living, Neil Shekhter also knows that micro-units aren’t for everyone.
Take, for instance, Luxe 11649, a Mediterranean-style building with nine townhomes for rent in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Each townhouse is 3-stories tall and ranges between 1,500 and 1,750 square feet large, providing much more space to live in than an average apartment and certainly more than a micro-home.
According to Neil Shekhter, there is currently only one of these Los Angeles apartment homes available: a three bedroom with two and a half bathrooms, available for an April 2017 move in.
On the ground level, this 3-level townhome features a living room. half bathroom, washer and dryer set and a kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Up the stairway there are two bedrooms, a linen closet and a bathroom on the second level. On the third level you will find a huge master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom with dual-sinks. While the bedrooms feature Berber carpet, the rest of the townhome has sandy-blonde tile throughout. Each home allows both cats and dogs, up to two per household and certain breed restrictions.
Amenity-wise, residents are able to catch some sun on the roof top, but they are also able to utilize the amenities of the larger “sister” property across the street, Luxe Villas. In total, residents of Luxe 11649 have complimentary access to two roof top lounges, one with fireplace, a newly renovated fitness center with Peleton bike, weights and other cardio equipment and a relaxing courtyard with complimentary Wi-Fi.
