Neil Shekhter Reveals NMS Properties Community Support in 2016

Neil Shekhter, Chief Executive Officer of the locally based property management company, NMS Properties, reports that the company managed to exceed their community support goals last year.

The organization donated funds to over 10 local groups in Santa Monica which included the Boys and Girls Club, the Santa Monica Fire Department, Police Activities League, the Red Cross, Westside Shelter and Hunger Coalition and the Chamber of Commerce.  Organizations outside of Santa Monica, but still within Los Angeles that received support include the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Canine Association.

Neil Shekhter supported the 2016 event.

Neil Shekhter and other team members of NMS Properties participated in the 2016 Superbowlathon event, benefiting the Westside Shelter and Hunger Coalition.

Neil Shekhter said that he is grateful to be able to give back to so many local organizations that benefit the community as a whole.

Per Neil Shekhter, various employees of NMS Properties were invited to attend many of the events that the company sponsored.  Not only did it provide an opportunity for “team bonding” but it also allowed employees to become more familiar with the organizations that benefit the community.

Mr. Neil Shekhter has been managing apartment communities, commercial buildings and mixed use projects around the Los Angeles area for three decades.  The largest communities are located in the Westwood area close to UCLA, downtown Santa Monica, West Los Angeles off of Santa Monica Boulevard and Sawtelle, the San Fernando Valley and the neighborhood West of the 405 freeway known as Brentwood.
