Luxe@1548, Brand New Luxury Apartments in Santa Monica to Open Summer 2010

NMS Properties, Inc. prepares to add another luxury boutique-style apartment building to its expanding LuXe collection. Designed by Killefer Flammang Architects, the luxury apartments at LuXe@1548 is a 50-unit mixed-use building, comprised of one bedroom apartment homes between 515 and 722 square feet and two bedroom apartments between 800 and 935 square feet.
