Free Yoga For All!

September is National Yoga Month—what does that mean for you? Free yoga! Let us rejoice in a little namaste, because sometimes surrendering a day’s pay for a single class isn’t so zen-like!


With over 2,000 yoga studios are participating in a “one week free” yoga pass, you’ll for sure find a yoga studio that will suit your downward-dog needs. This pass is offered by the Yoga Health Foundation as part of the National Yoga Month Awareness Campaign.

On September 28th, Loyola Marymount University is hosting a FREE Inaugural Celebration for the Master of Arts in Yoga Studies. Events include: History of Yoga – US film premiere, Asana and meditation classes, food trucks (yes!) and a musical! RSVP here!
