 I'm moving out in the next couple of weeks because I have to relocate to SF for work. All I can say is that these are fantastic luxury apartments in Brentwood. Great location, on Mayfield right by the nice restaurants. The apartment building is gorgeous! beautiful architecture and style. People KNOW this building. It stands out among the other Brentwood luxury apartments in the area. Interiors were luxurious! Granite counters, luxury appliances. There was even a Washer/Dryer in the apartment!!!! Can't tell you how amazing it is to have one. One of the perks of this apartment building is being able to use the amazing rooftop sundeck. Great for relaxing on a summer day! I would highly recommend this apartment building, especially if you are looking for the best luxury apartments in Brentwood and Los Angeles! 

 A great place if you are venturing out of the nest into the ‘real world’. I recently moved out of my parents’ house, applause- thank you, and moved out on my own. This building is great because it’s new, well-kept, and affordable, extremely difficult to find all three in Santa Monica. The units are small, but considering I just moved out on my own, I do not own many things except a bed, TV, and playstation…life’s essentials. The manager will walk you through the leasing process and how renting an apartment works from utilities to paying rent on time. Also, building is super close to downtown Santa Monica, like 5 minutes, and I guess if you go to SMC, its about 5 minutes away too. Overall my first time living on my own is a success story!
